Hope you had a lovely Christmas break, mine has been wonderful, the best Christmas since i was a little girl. I’ve been busy seeing friends, family, doing fun stuff and lots of parties, gorgeous foods and drinkies. Very chilled and very awesome. Here’s a few pictures of what i’ve been up to over the holidays

Excuse my blurry panoramic picture i was just getting all romanitc and christmassy and loving how cosy and snug that flat was We spent Christmas eve with friends watching the latest Eddie Izzard DVD (the show we saw for my birthday) If you click to see the bigger version i’ve annotated it too.

So this is what our living room looked like over Christmas, its still looks like this but less presents under the tree I always leave it till the last possible minute to take the decorations down cos i like them so much! The glass in the foreground is egg nog, which I’ve never made before but now I’m fully converted, its lush!

Among the many tasty treats around, we made a couple of chocolate cakes – the rolly log kind. Mmm rolly log.

The week before Christmas we had crazy amounts of snow all of a sudden. As soon as there’s any snow in the UK the whole country goes mad, everyone was off work for a week and we had loads of fun playing in the snow before having a big Christmas roast dinner round Jez’s.

On Christmas eve i was working at my desk and i hear all these mad loud Christmas carols coming from outside, i peeped out and there was Santa! I ran out to take a picture but i was a bit late, and quite disappointed when i actually got out there to see some geezer in a fake white beard getting pulled along by a Ford Escort. ha ha!

And now its New Years eve! I thought I was all partied out after Christmas but now its rolled around i’m really excited about celebrating! The last year for me has been interesting to say the least, and i’m so happy to be going into 2010 happier, and healthier than i’ve ever been and with positive relationships with people i love so much. Thanks so much to everyone who’s supported me and A Little Stranger over the years- I literally couldnt have done it without you, and i’ve got lots of ideas for how the site will grow over the coming year.
