I was looking through all the pictures on facebook to make a ‘year in pictures’ post and realised i never posted any of my birthday! These are from a couple of months ago, but better late than never! For my birthday this year i wanted to have a High School Musical-esque prom! So a bunch of us got dressed up round mine, then met up with everyone else and went clubbing.
We set up a photo area with a tripod to get some ‘nice’ pictures of all our outfits before we went out, it was really fun! There are zillions of them, so here are just a select few i’ve put up on my flickr…
Accidental new hair – one of my best buddies is a hairdresser at a posh salon. Last week she dyed my hair the most beautiful pale turquoise colour (just like a my little pony! eee!) but when i washed it most of the colour came out (i think because my hair is bleached so pale theres nothing for the colour to hold on to?)
So, last night i re-dyed it but it came out this super bright turquoise colour by accident. i love it!! At some point i will get a picture when im not in my pjs about to go to work!

Shes a lot bigger than my toys usually turn out, but i just made it up as i went along so it was a bit of a surprise when i turned her out and thats how big she is, and fluffy too!

I have just woken up (can you tell?!) I bought the bow on etsy, im wearing it to a party tonight and was so excited i wanted to wear it while i tinkered with my site before work!
This is from last thursday. After a lovely few years i said goodbye to my dreadlocks, the constant maintenance was getting too much!
In the time i had dreads one of my best friends qualified as a hairdresser so after a week and a half of slooooowly teasing my dreads out (it was well a mission but i was determined not to shave my head!) i had my first hairdressers appointment of my life at almost 25 years of age!
I wanted it silver grey like Ivy from Soul Calibur, and neither of us were sure if it would go that colour as my hair is so naturally dark. But it came out just how i wanted it, im really happy with it
