It’s been a fun week! Lots of behind the scenes work on the webshop, which will launch Monday (yey!) but i still found time to fit in some silly fun with friends. Lots more pics after the jump!
So this week has been mostly about setting up the new webshop i aim to have open by the end of March. Other than that theres been lots of crafts, Glee watching, D&B, baking, painting and work work working! :)
Its been another busy week for Holly; Good clients, bad clients, stressful deadlines and lots of work! Last Friday was all about unwinding, so we took a trip to Hospitality at the O2 to shake our bums to some drum and bass!
Had another busy week this week, lots of work to get done and lots of new projects on the horizon! I’m in a real creative swing right now which is great for getting things done but not so good for my social life! Im dragging my worky hermit bum out of the house tonight to go raving at Matter. I’m so excited i could wee.
We made these flying ducks for the wall a couple of weeks ago but its been super duper busy round these parts and i haven’t had time to get my bum in front of the computer and blog ‘em! They’re based on the game Duck Hunt on the NES. Here they are in all their glory, i’m well pleased with how they turned out!
Treeson is one of my favourite vinyl toys ever so i was very enthusiastic about making a plush version! I’ve actually been sitting on this for a little while but thought i should get on and share pictures :) He came on a day out with us in London at the weekend.
I’m having a bit of a lucky streak this week, on Thursday my Zelda heart container cupcakes won 2nd prize in the valentines contest on Instructbles.com, then the next day I won tickets to Hospital Record’s Q+A+E. Yippee!! Other than that a quiet week for week in pictures, i even managed to go to a party last weekend and not take one picture, bad Holly!
My friends Linda and Stephen’s wedding got featured on offbeatbride.com! The article features the wedding cake toppers i made for them as well as lots of pictures of Lindas beautiful outfit and the whole tea party themed reception they had. This is the second set of wedding cake toppers i’ve made, so heres pictures of both sets :)
This weeks has been all about valentines, baking, making teeny little things, getting loads of stuff done, sorting the house out, having a great time with my girlfriends and generally having a lot of fun :)
For anyone was wondering “hey Holly, your Zelda cupcakes recipe makes 10 cakes, what did you do with the other 5?” heres the answer to your question, i gave them creepy jelly sweet lips in attempt to make a cute valentines post.

The party was held at the fifty fifty gallery in Bristol and it was PACKED! The que was all the way round the corner and the Droplets sold out in less than an hour! Big props to Gav for putting on such a great event.
