I am still moving house and working on some fun things that i will post pictures of soon. But for now here is yet another photo of a painting 
These drawings are from around a year ago, before i got into painting. I liked spending ages going over all the black lines making them pointy but it got a bit too much after a while, my drawings got more and more elaborate and i got a bit OCD about the lines. All i can see when i look at these is how wonky they are 0__0
Im in the middle of moving house and sewing studio so things have been a bit slack on the toy making front. I’m working on a toy for a halloween show in new york and i will get some pictures as it starts to take shape, its a bit different to what ive been doing before but *fingers crossed* it should turn out nice!

I have just woken up (can you tell?!) I bought the bow on etsy, im wearing it to a party tonight and was so excited i wanted to wear it while i tinkered with my site before work! 
Today i launch alittlestranger.com! Ive been secretly working on the site for a few months and have decided to properly get going with it, it still needs a few tweaks here looks-wise, but the functionality seems ok, please let me know if you find anything that’s not working. To celebrate, here is a new desktop! I will be adding a new wallpaper each month on alittlestranger.com

And this is Hayleys gift, it started out as a rabbit but ended up looking like a dog (?!) my first attempt at amigurumi, but probably not my last!!
This is from last thursday. After a lovely few years i said goodbye to my dreadlocks, the constant maintenance was getting too much!
In the time i had dreads one of my best friends qualified as a hairdresser so after a week and a half of slooooowly teasing my dreads out (it was well a mission but i was determined not to shave my head!) i had my first hairdressers appointment of my life at almost 25 years of age!
I wanted it silver grey like Ivy from Soul Calibur, and neither of us were sure if it would go that colour as my hair is so naturally dark. But it came out just how i wanted it, im really happy with it

This is from a few months ago but i only realised today it was ok to post pictures because they were pointed out to me at the Triclops blog. This is a head sculpt i did for them for a Glyos fgure that they took with them to Comic Con this year. He is a couple of inches tall and i had fun sculpting him, the original bright orange one above was cast by me and the black and white ones and the more muted orange were painted by Onell Matt.
This is another few from a few months ago but its been something thats been in my mind for a long time. I am playing around with it as a tattoo idea. The pencil sketches are very pale but i want to paint these over and finish them soon!

I finished this little guy last night, ive created a new little gallery in my flickr to put pictures of my sketchbook. I have only just got into painting in the last year after i was inspired the miniature portraits section at the Victoria and Albert museum. I wanted to learn how to use oils but ended up using acrylic paints (as i have zillions left over from when i used to paint Warhammer figure *ahem*) and they’re easy to cart about in a little box so i dont have to be tied to a desk! I should really scan my older sketchbook too, its funny how my painting has come on.
Here is my second Octopal ‘Naughty’. She follows Nice around making weird “clack click clack” noises. Nice pretends not to care but secretly is scared to turn around They are both me testing out a new pattern i made, but i am thinking about making another so sell. For the next one i will pick two colours for each, dark for Naughty and light for Nice, as i think these ones have got a bit too much going on!
