Octo-Rabbit: Droplet Custom

This custom Droplet toy is my first custom toy i’ve worked on as A Little Stranger, he is part of the Droplet 2 Launch Party in Bristol. I covered the droplet in bright yellow faux fur, made him a pair of bunny ears with bendable wire inside for posing. I painted his face directly onto the droplet body with acrylic paint and tiny glass dolls eyes. His tentacles are made from transluscent polymer clay over a wire armature, allowing hm to stand unassisted. I sculpted on all the tiny suckers by hand before giving the whole of the tentacles a heavy gloss top coat with some blue/pink pearlescent powder in the lacquer.
